How to convert flash .FLV videos to DivX, Xvid,... using freeware AviSynth and VirtualDub (Windows):
  • Get an FLV Splitter, install ffdshow and enable the FLV1 decoder (I use K-Lite codec pack).
  • Install AVISynth.
  • Use VirtualDub or your AVI encoder of choice.
