I run drmbg and next to the Multi Scan box appears the details you suggest. When I click Multi Scan the name of the wmv appears in the appropriate box, the downloaded video starts to play but no drm2 folder is created in the active folder despite the box being ticked. Also, there is no cache folder in the DRM folder, I can't find any *.key files and nothing at all appears in the box adjacent to the Clear button. I have been to the MS website and personalised my copy of WMP. I have followed items 3 & 4 and selected Show Hidden and unticked the file extension box.
