I am having a different problem.
I paid for the full version today using paypal. I got a confirmation email from paypal but so far I have ZERO information about how or when I will be getting a serial number?!?! Has anyone else experienced this? It has already been a few hours and nothing.
I emailed all the support addresses at the website. Most troubling of all is that the sales email link bounced!!
