Avtech / Eagle Eyes app only works over 3g.....Help

I have a Avtech avc785 which I have setup for remote viewing my business premises, it works perfectly on my iphone over 3g but it doesn't work over Wifi on my bt business hub when I'm at home. It doesn't work on any of the windows pc's I have either.

I have tried at friends with their Wifi and it works perfectly, just doesn't work with the BT hub....could anybody help
