WM Recorder to record YouTube videos. I tried it, and AUTO mode worked fine, till I tried to just record a portion of a youtube, by hitting the REC and STOP button, and then all haywire broke loose it seemed to me. Resulting in numerous odd files that did not play, with extensions such as .64 - what is that? Anyway I did not like that it had two popup screens that blocked my view of the webpage, one of them a wide DOS looking blank. I want simple.
The s/w did not seem to get that I wanted to
record only a portion of a youtube video, not the entire thing. And when I clicked to see a different video, it started recording it as well, so anywhere I clicked it started yet another recording. Confusing to a novice like me.
Maybe if I could find idiot step by step how to work this program, I would buy it. And the price in Dec 2007 is way high at fifty bucks.
