How do you record these streams. I tried both Replay Media Catcher and FLV Recorder and it only picks up the "commericals" and not the actutally show itself. What am I doing wrong. Any one out there have any ideas?

PS. I used the search, but the key words like ABC, NBC, CBS .... doesn't show up. Sorry if this as been answered before.
