WM Recorder in the PRO mode can capture packets coming to Windows Media Player and Real Player. It won't capture packets coming to your Adobe Flash Player. But it can download http .FLV video streams.

FLV Recorder captures packets for HTTP and RTMP .FLV flash videos the same way that WM Recoder uses in its PRO mode for Windows Media and Real Media streams. FLV Recorder is not the most reliable flash stream recorder, but it is one of very few RTMP flash .FLV video stream recorders.
