Straight off;the differences I know of are:

LT1 = no k-lite codec pack and it is an XPHome OS machine
LT2 = k-lite codec pack and is an XPPro OS machine

(Asides, another thing I noticed y/day when I tried to move a converted-MP4 (video) to my PSP: It takes a long, very long time to populate the files within the MP_ROOT folder of the PSP, when I try to view the contents from 'Explore'. Possibly a related problem?)
