In order to solve your problem, please, try to completely uninstall AVS software from your computer:
- Start -> All Programs -> AVS Media -> AVS Video Tools -> Uninstall AVS Video Tools.
- Delete all AVS folders: Start -> Run -> -Regedit ->
-> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> AVS (delete it);
-> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> AVS (delete it). - Local Disc ( C: ) -> Program Files -> AVS Media (delete it);
Local Disc ( C: ) -> Program Files -> Common Files > AVS Media (delete it). - Download the latest version of AVS Video Tools
- After that, please, try to repair AVS Video Tools files:
- Close AVS Video Tools and all other running programs an applications.
- Next follow Start -> All Programs -> AVS Media -> Repair
If the problem persists, please, try to provide some additional information about the error:
- describe your actions step by step;
- specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin;
- specify to which format you convert and which presets do you select;
- attach the error report and your PC configuration.
