Webpage for licence acquisition does not open

Hi,

I 'd like to remove a DRM protection from a video with FairUse4Wm. I have a valid licence but the problem is that when i open the vid, the page for the licence aquisition does not open.
This is due to a problem with this vid, said me the owner of the website from where i downloaded the video.

my question is : is there any way to read the vid or remove this DRM protection in this particular case ?
