Re: Hello! IPX Code Rollback In Vista

Just install a new version of Win XP. Otherwise you're just wasting your time with a "mighty OS of all times". MIGHTy 'coz it MIGHT be good... unofrtunately it is not. Have a girl, not Windows Vista

Consider the time between your posts. Was it worth it???

Have you tried it? I have Win XP SP2. Once I upgraded my WMP to a buggy version. Back then I didn't really know how to reverse any changes to my OS so I just downloaded another version of WMP without any installer, copied it to the Program files folder and ever since had no any problem playing any files or streams. As long as I'm satisfied with the version I don't won't any bugs in my version to be fixed, 'coz the M$ will add much more. They definitely know how to do that

You don't have to use Win XP as a virtual OS. Just install a fresh copy... I would also kill Vista but it is not necessary.

You can also use drmdbg. It works on Windows "Asta La" Vista and supports IBX 11.0.6000.7000.
