That page is using Handshake 10, which is not supported by RtmpDump.

One forum member here even had the audacity to accuse me of lying when I announced that the code was done and working. Don't hold your breath waiting for rtmpe type 10 being released in rtmpdump. Frankly none of you guys deserve it.
