As mentioned above I tried donationware Picard tagger and shareware Magic MP3 tagger. I wasn't satisfied by both. And only Picard tagger supported m4a files.

Both Picard tagger and Magic MP3 tagger tagged audio files much worse than the following recorders: Replay Media Catcher and Replay Music.

Programs that work with freedb or amazon usually can't use fingerprinting technology for single music files and work with complete albums only.
