Live stream is using UDP layer! AFAIK, there is no method for recording!

Other vids are using HTTP protocol!! Easily can be downloaded by any software!!

Thank you so much for your quick reply. But would you mind explain it a little bit more? 'cos I'm really dumb... By "other vids", do you mean those in the playback, or other vids on cntv.cn? I know I could download vids on http://ent.cntv.cn/enttv/yinyuerensh...5/100083.shtml, but for the one in playback onhttp://cctv.cntv.cn/live/cctvyinyue/index.shtml#online, I haven't had any luck yet.

For example, if I want to record some recent show (rather than the currently playing one) which I can view by clicking the "playback"(回看), is that possible?

The recent programs in playback still use the same embedded player, so maybe not?
