You can try Replay Music. It can record any music splitting and tagging songs automatically. Of course it can't guarantee 100% song recognition, but it worked much better than song taggers like Picard tagger and Magic Tagger. Also notice that Replay Music records from your sound card so it re-encodes audio files when saving them to MP3 files.
