Help with some links (xfm)

Managed to obtain the the following links:

rtmp://cdn-the-2.musicradio.com:80/AOD/mp4:33CF284895374554B659733BD1DDFFC2.m4a

rtmp://cdn-the-2.musicradio.com:80/AOD/mp4:53BEA6C1CC2C415AB15E1A427BFF01B8.m4a

rtmp://cdn-the-2.musicradio.com:80/AOD/mp4:7B91EAA125D34C3AAA3A95E4A8EB4F57.m4a

However, I can't get them saved to .m4a. Could anybody please be so kind and help me?
