Are you looking to record Sky Go?

I am trying to re-stream Sky Sports to my living room TV, and I am struggling to know where to start. I have an active subscription.

I have failed to understand how to capture a stream from within the browser, since Sky are using Silverlight.

Any help appreciated on where to get started...
