Play PS3 on laptop screen and eventually record my gameplay

I'm looking for an item that can allow me to live-preview (with sound) my ps3 gameplay and eventually record it meanwhile.

I would like to use this to play with my ps3 even when i'm not at home but I have my laptop.

My budget is €200 (approx $250), I tried blackmagic intensity shuttle but the software is so bad that doesn't preview audio and you can't set it in full screen: how bad. Also is compatible basically with nothing.

Any suggestion well appreciated, I should return my intensity shuttle in 2 days :S

Last important thing, it should record from component possibly because scart has really low resolution and I would like to play at 720p possibly

EDIT 1:
I just discovered that (I'm really lucky) my intensity shuttle work on my laptop (HM65 chipset and USB 3 with NEC controller, I upgraded drivers and everything it's working now!). Are there any possibility to use their software (or a third party one) to have a fullscreen preview, with sound? I obviusly won't record any movies, just preview my ps3 output.

My laptop is ok, with a, GT 540M, 8gb RAM and i7-2630QM I think I can handle a preview with sound (recording is another story, but that will be done on my desktop and an SSD possibly)
