both videos (low and high) are different files. it just may be problem with their encoding setup of high bitrate files. speed of your internet connection doesn't affect downloading of recorded videos.

u know some way to sync or convert the video to some format without loosing quality i mean, and after that to sync the video-audio with sony vegas, u know a good way and secure to do such thing?
