Tell me what is the size of your drmv2.lic file. But I think this is not the problem. The real reason is that Vista has many bugs
One of them is that it doesn't allow some files (i.e. FreeMe2) to allocate as much memory as they want
. You may try uninstalling Vista and FreeMe2 should work.
