Many programs can
convert WMV video to DVD Video. You may use freeware
MediaCoder (Disc player plug-in) or shareware programs like
AVS Video Converter,
Replay Converter
In many cases there is no sense to convert to DVD format, because the quality of the resulting DVD Video is too bad. So make sure that your source videos are good enough.
