I've got one in VMWare form (that only runs on my laptop), as well in .vhd form that another member sent me that doesn't run for me, but does for him.
The problem is the DRM actually checks your hardware configuration, much like Windows activation does, and if it's more than a certain percent different, it locks you out and will say "Windows Media Player is unable to play the file."
So I guess, start by telling us: What processor do you have? If you have the same as either of the two images use, I'll upload it and let you try - if not, no sense in trying as I can guarantee you it won't work.
I know it's annoying, as I'm still trying to get one working on my desktop as well... for now I don't know how to get around that stupid restriction.
