Try freeware screen capture program CamStudio.

If you don't like it there are two other choices I can recommend:
  • TechSmith SnagIt and Camtasia (Camtasia is very good, but very expensive)
  • Replay Screencast - not the most powerful software I have ever seen, but it is very easy to use.
