Seems Your firewall (or antivirus) prevents your rtmpdump to connect to the server!! according to:

Everything was fine until today, when I try to download a file and rtmpdump says it can not access the server. Fine, I tried various sniffers but nothing worked. I also tried StreamTransport, Blader, GetFLV and NetTransport but all of them failed. Except for GetFLV which found the stream but failed to download. I tried downloading the stream with rtmpdump but it gave me the original error, that it can not connect to the server.
