OK, really basic question. I am trying to remove DRM from my Nook epubs in Calibre with the plugins. I am a little confused and need clarification. When I log into my B&N account, it is with my email. The instructions for the plugins indicate "enter name on account, a comma, and CC # with no spaces". If I enter my account login email and the CC it fails. Do you actually enter your NAME (first and last with space), a comma, and then the CC number without spaces?
