Here's a short guide to do so: Type "aboutlugins" on Chrome's address bar, click "+ Details" on the right, go to the "Flash" Section, activate the one called "PPAPI (out-of-process)" and disable the "NPAPI" type ones. Notice you'll need to do that everytime you close Chrome, because Chrome resets to the default plugin at every launch.
