if the only use of script for you was to watch the channels without limits as free user then yeah it's over now. but it's still useful for other peoples who wanna watch tv through vlc or XBMC (through plugin).

i don't know any way of removing
user limit however you can easily bypass
transfer limit (30 minute wait limit) by changing your IP. most ISP's provide dynamic IP to home users so you just need to redial your connection or restart your modem/router to get new IP. also restart the script to take new changes effect.
