MP3Gopher rips the streams saving the original bit-rate of a broadcast.

As far as I know Replay Media Catcher was developed by the same guy who created MP3Gopher. I don't think the developer will support both programs.

You may try the demo version of Replay Media Catcher at your work. You may also try freeware Orbit Downloader. It can record .FLV RTMP streams, but I haven't checked it with .MP3 RTMP streams yet.
