After download, extract it with winrar or ...
Then, you have some files like these:
EasyHook32.dll
EasyHook.dll
rtmpdump.exe
rtmpExplorer_ru.exe
rtmpsrv.exe
rtmpsuck.exe

Open "rtmpExplorer_ru.exe"!!! (That's Russian version)
