I'm using your script daily, even thought I have premium account on weeb.tv, because I'm always viewing several streams at once, and it's just more comfortable this way.
I really like the idea of bat files generated per channel but they simply don't work, stream opens for few sec and closes with "downloaded" message always. With manual input (php WeebTV.php
http://weeb.tv/online/hbo2) it happens also sometimes, but changing /online/ to channel, c, kanal or live helps sometime.
So it's pretty unreliable and sadly I can't use it to schedule recording
