I think it still uses Silverlight v4.0, and I haven't discovered a fast downloader for it (there are other problems I won't bore you with).
Stream Transport won't recognize it (expects a Flash type video).
I haven't used it, but
WM Capture 5 is supposed to work.
Here is a simple tutorial.
