Calibre Stopped Removing DRM from my Kindle books after updating K4PC (Windows XP)

I'm using Windows7 and perhaps I did something wrong when reinstalling Calibre or the Add-ons. BUt now I can't remove DRM from my Kindle books.

Any suggestions? Is there something i can check or double check?

I also have windows XP at work.
