Could be faulty installment of .Net4. Ensure the version you are isuning is .Net_framework_v4_0_30319. if you have this version try re-installing/repairing. Ensure
RTMPexplorer is in the same folder as
RTMPdump, rtmpsrv, rtmpgw, rtmpsuck, pmdump, EasyHook.dll, EasyHook32 [or 64 as case maybe for OS].dll and librtmp.dll in C Drive. Use your default web browser to ensure fast sniffing. It should work without hanging up. Windows freeze indicates OS issue or problematic software install. With rtmpexplorer you don't need to run CMD directly.
