then it says that the ' file.wmv does not appear to be licensed to you'

is there any way to solve this?

I have tried all the possible ways to get rid of this drm, still no luck..been doing this for a day coz I couldn't watch the video I wanted!!! and it's not even for sale they just wanna hide it..i'm so so freakin out now..
