I suggest you to temporarily disable your antispyware/antimalware and firewall software one by one.

I've used Zone alarm without any problem so it is the last thing to try to disable.

After finding the program that causes such effects we should contact its developer to correct the problem.

Please also let me know what kind of I.E. version you have. And I suggest you to try free Mozilla Firefox browser. I can't live without such features as multiple tabs and mouse gestures anymore
