According to the instructions you
have to run Jaksta in Debug Mode in order to get a support ticket, and you
have to upload the resulting log file with your email. I have 6 log files on desktop from repeated attempts but have never been able to upload.
I don't suppose Malwarebytes could be blocking? But surely it would tell me. I added the
Jaksta program to its ignore list, that didn't make any difference.
Funny, but I thought it was working fine when I had the trial program, but as soon as I paid...

Maybe I didn't test it on the relevant site, can't remember now.
