He has the following adapter~~(as the picture shown)

Actually he is supposed to connect to the third one (WAN interface); however, when he do that, the message of "unable to open the adapter" shows up. Same thing happens when he tries to connect to the first one. For the second one, It seems it is okay for him to connect to the second one because no message shows up. However, he just cannot capture any RTMP flash video with using that adapter. Therefore, he is unable to use FLV Recorder.
He can use URL Snooper and also the Replay Media Catcher. He just thinks FLV Recorder maybe better because it can capture some videos that Replay Media Catcher cannot capture. So he really wants to use FLV Recorder and hopes to find out what the problem he has with this software.
