hi there. i have an avtech avc760z and i can view everything on my mac through video web server but the record button on that program doesn't do anything. also under menu/advanced there is no option for backup (i read the manual and thats what it said to do).

is it because i am using a mac (apple)? i just want to record a part of a video from lastnight (someone broke into my car) onto my mac then a dvd. somebody please help. thanks
