Problem with Justin.TV streaming: The sound is not working for the viewer (audience)

no sound on the viewers end it could be a problem with the mic set up on the HP Laptops in that maybe it isn't picking up the sound when recorded from the Splitcam and sent to Justin.tv.????? how can this be fixed?, please and thank you.
