I had a similar problem as you, From
GetFLV 9.0.3.7 and onwards, the program would close as soon as a stream was opened, the problem was becuase I still had a 10.2 version of flash installed, new versions of Getflv do not seem to work well with older versions of flash? when I updated to the latest version of flash it solved the problem and the program no longer crashes as soon as a stream is detected
