There are EasyCap DC60/DC60+ and EzCap 116 which is pretty confusing. Both have positive reviews as well as negative reviews, but the latter has more positive feedback. Roxio Game Capture is not ideal as well.

Personally I recommend Hauppage HD PVR (USB 2.0), Hauppage Colossus HD PVR (PCIe) and Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle (USB 3.0).
