What protocol is used on the web-site: RTMP or RTMPE?

Have you tried to capture/save streams instead of downloading them? You may use rtmpsuck on Linux, RTMPexplorer + rtmpsuck on Windows, TubeDigger in the recording mode on Windows for that.
