Hi,

Make a copy of the bad drm'd pdf. Edit it with emacs (or any other good editor such as vim, jedit etc). Search for the line with '/Keywords' in the file. Look for something in that line that looks like '/Unknown'. Remove the substring '/Unknown' ***just from that line***. Save the file. Then try with the tools.
