How to install FFServer on CentOS for re-broadcasting streams?

Can sum1 explain me how to install FFServer (RTMPDump is already installed)?
So i mean - what do i need to Download on centOS?
I wanna Re-Broadcast some of my Streams with RTMPDump + FFServer.
