Briss won't remove any hidden text from PDF files, so you may still get a PDF file with a title, author, page numbers,...

You may use the "Search & replace" settings of the conversion dialog in Calibre to remove all artifacts. In many cases this requires you to use regular expressions.

You can also remove headers and footers using Adobe Acrobat ($139+). Just go to "Document" -> "Header & Footer" -> "Remove".
