How to connect DVR via internet to watch CCTV cameras from a remote place.

Hello sir,
I have a DVR and i want to connect it to the internet to wach my store from far away (my home).
how to i connect no idea ..
please explain me the total setups .

my router is : utstarcom wa3002g4

and my DVR is : AV TECH avc-787
