first of all, are you sure that you have forked out for
GetFLV? i am asking you because you have given your vote
in the poll which is indeed only for RL customers. this is the troubleshooting thread for GFLV users (RL customers or trial/demo users), so i have moved your problem here. feel free to post a screenshot of your problem with the AIV. (and note that GFLV intentionally comes up with unexpected results (or error messages) if you do use a cracked or pirated GFLV version!

And no, i dont work for GFLV team. But i certainly like to give them a hand in the spirit of supporting their work. It's called community spirit, respect and fairness. (And i only treat noobs and spammas unfairly
