open an rtmp stream in VLC player using rtmpdump

hi,

how can i open an rtmp in vlc?

i eard about rtmpdump but i dont understand. can anyone helpme please

i have an example

flv file is sic.flv and streamer=rtmp://213.13.26.14/live&id=sic
