I don't really understand your problem completely. By default the
WM Capture 5 installer adds icons to the Start menu and desktop. You can also go to C:\Program Files (x86)\WMCap 5 and launch WMCap.exe directly. Do you have this directory? Do you have any WMCapture shortcuts?
