Internet Download Manager [IDM] is a rather surprising stream downloader. Originally devised as download manager (pretty pesky and obtrusive) it can also download RMTP (but not RTMPT, RTMPE, ..) url's with no further parameters supplied.

Replay Media Catcher 4,
WM Recorder,
HiDownload,
NetTransport fail to download simple RMTP url's (and you dont want to bother about RTMPDUMP
), e.g. when the test webpage url is unknown, then try IDM. Simply add the url in "Add new download" and give it a try.
